I heard from Simon from a friend of mine who is a rugby player. I am a 53-year-old Triathelete and have competed for Great Britain at 4 World Champtionships and 2 European Championships. Having had a few calf tendonitis issues and general muscles tightness, Simon successfully sorted these problems out. His straightforward approach is very helpful because as well as being technically knowledgable he also explains issues in layman terms which is invaluable when trying to understand an injury.
